Ali and friends will be offering these on our 'Community Wednesday' free of charge in association with the non-profit organisation ‘A Touch of Gentleness,’ which is a growing group of volunteers committed to bringing more care, connection and presence into communities through the gift of hand massage. www.atouchofgentleness.org Gentleness is a balm for the nervous system.
