Sun Salutations, Mantra & Meaning With Alexandra Rigazzi-Tarling & Emma Owen-Smith PRICE: £45pp Join Alexandra and Emma for this workshop exploring the Surya mantras through sound and movement. Each mantra and āsana contains subtle aspects of the light- that which is the manifestation of divinity, vitality and wisdom. We will collectively weave together the sound, reflection and postures in order to deepen and enhance our practice and understanding of this ancient teaching. This is an opportunity to come together with like-minded souls to experience the medicine of this wonderful sequence, and as an onward journey discover the uplifting and inspiring tonic it can provide as a daily practice. Both practitioners are highly experienced in their fields of Sound and Yoga, and very excited to be offering this for the first time together at Green Door.
